1. Scope and accountability
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how Sevensoft Technologies Inc., an Ontario corporation registered in Canada ("Sevensoft," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through AI-0. It applies to the AI-0 website, mobile applications, user accounts, generation tools, and related support and communications (collectively, the "Service").
Sevensoft is the organization accountable for personal information under its control. Our Privacy Officer oversees compliance and can be reached using the contact information in section 20. This Policy does not apply to a third-party service you use independently or to a third party's own collection practices.
"Personal information" means information about an identifiable individual and includes equivalent terms under applicable privacy laws. It does not include information that has been irreversibly anonymized so that it cannot reasonably be associated with an individual.
2. Information we collect
Account and identity information
- email address, display name, account identifier, plan, and credit balance;
- login and authentication records, verification status, and security tokens;
- information received from Google, Apple, or another sign-in provider, such as an email address, name, provider account identifier, and authentication confirmation, depending on your provider settings; and
- age or eligibility confirmations, including your generation consent acknowledgment.
Prompts, reference media, and generations
- prompts, descriptions, negative prompts, model selections, parameters, and settings;
- reference images, video, audio, text, URLs, or other files you upload;
- images, video, audio, text, and other media generated through the Service;
- generation identifiers, history, status, timestamps, parent generations, and downloads; and
- information visible or audible in submitted or generated media.
Reference media can reveal faces, voices, names, location clues, relationships, protected characteristics, or other sensitive information. Do not submit sensitive information unless it is necessary, lawful, and you have obtained every required consent. We do not need government identifiers, financial documents, medical records, passwords, or confidential business records to generate ordinary creative content, and you should not include them in prompts or uploads.
Credits, advertisements, and transaction information
- credit awards, balances, deductions, refunds, reversals, and related activity;
- products selected, price, currency, purchase status, transaction or receipt identifier, and time;
- advertisement impressions, reward completion, campaign or placement information, and fraud signals supplied by an advertising partner; and
- limited billing details received from Stripe, Apple, Google, or another payment platform. We generally do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Device, technical, and usage information
- IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, app version, language, and time zone;
- cookie, session, advertising, installation, and device identifiers where available;
- pages or screens viewed, buttons used, login method, model selected, and feature interactions;
- generation telemetry such as content type, model, prompt length, estimated and used credits, completion or error status, and download activity; and
- server logs, request metadata, performance data, crash data, diagnostics, and security events.
Communications and support
We collect the content of emails, support requests, rights complaints, survey responses, and other communications, together with contact details and any files or evidence you provide.
3. How we collect information
- From you: when you register, sign in, create, upload, purchase, contact us, or change settings.
- Automatically: through cookies, local storage, SDKs, logs, analytics, and similar technologies.
- From service providers: authentication providers, model providers, payment processors, app stores, analytics services, ad networks, hosting providers, and fraud-prevention services.
- From other people: when another user includes information about you in a prompt, upload, generation, support request, or rights complaint.
4. How we use information
We use personal information for the following specific purposes:
- create and authenticate accounts and maintain user sessions;
- send login codes, security alerts, service notices, and requested communications;
- submit generation requests, return creations, display history, and support downloads;
- calculate, award, deduct, reconcile, and protect credits;
- process purchases, confirm transactions, prevent chargeback fraud, and keep financial records;
- provide optional rewarded ads and verify that reward conditions were completed;
- provide support and respond to privacy, safety, intellectual-property, and likeness complaints;
- monitor performance and understand which screens, models, and features work or fail, including through aggregated analytics;
- debug, test, maintain, personalize, and improve the reliability and usability of the Service;
- detect spam, fraud, abuse, illegal content, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service;
- protect users, Sevensoft, service providers, and the public;
- comply with tax, accounting, consumer, privacy, platform, and other legal obligations; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and enforce agreements.
If we want to use personal information for a materially new purpose that is not reasonably compatible with these purposes, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required.
5. Consent and legal bases
In Canada, we collect, use, and disclose personal information with meaningful consent unless an exception in applicable law permits or requires otherwise. Some processing is essential to provide the Service. If you withdraw consent for essential processing, we may be unable to continue providing the relevant feature or account.
Where another law requires us to identify a legal basis, we rely on one or more of:
- Contract: processing needed to provide the Service you request and administer purchases.
- Consent: optional analytics, advertising, communications, device permissions, or other processing where required.
- Legitimate interests: securing, debugging, improving, and operating the Service, preventing fraud, and protecting legal rights, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation: tax, accounting, lawful requests, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Legal claims and vital interests: protecting rights, safety, and life where applicable.
7. AI and reference-media processing
To provide a generation, AI-0 transmits Your Content to the selected model's provider. Model providers may automatically analyze the request for generation, abuse prevention, safety, debugging, and service operation. Their retention and any use to improve their technology depend on Sevensoft's agreement with that provider and the provider's applicable service terms.
Sevensoft may process prompts, uploads, and generations to fulfill requests, store generation history, provide support, diagnose failures, enforce safety rules, comply with law, and improve Service reliability. We will not use identifiable private reference media to train a general-purpose AI model operated by Sevensoft without additional notice and consent where required by law. This statement does not override a third-party provider's disclosed processing; review the information shown for the selected model before submitting sensitive content.
You must have appropriate authority and informed consent before submitting another person's face, voice, name, likeness, or other personal information. If you believe your information was submitted without permission, contact us with the generation identifier or URL and enough detail for us to investigate. Do not send illegal imagery by email.
8. Advertising, cookies, and analytics
AI-0 and its providers may use the following technologies:
- Essential storage: cookies or similar storage for login, session, security, preferences, and load balancing.
- Analytics: Firebase Analytics and related tools to measure screens, actions, model use, errors, and purchases.
- Advertising: mobile advertising SDKs to show optional rewarded ads, measure delivery, prevent reward fraud, and, where allowed, personalize ads.
- Attribution: identifiers and events used to understand app installation or campaign performance.
Advertising partners may combine information collected through AI-0 with information from other apps or services under their own policies. Under some privacy laws, personalized advertising or disclosure of identifiers may be called "sharing," "targeted advertising," or a "sale" even where no money is exchanged. Where those laws apply, we provide required notices and choices. You can also limit ad tracking or reset the advertising identifier in your iOS or Android privacy settings.
On the AI-0 website, you can accept or reject optional analytics through the cookie consent notice. We store that choice in an essential preference cookie. Browser settings can also block cookies, and device settings can limit analytics, advertising, or permissions. Blocking essential technologies may prevent sign-in or other features from working.
9. International processing and transfers
Sevensoft is based in Ontario, Canada, but AI-0 uses model, cloud, authentication, analytics, advertising, payment, and support providers that may process information in Canada, the United States, and other countries. As a result, personal information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions and may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, or national-security authorities where lawful.
Sevensoft remains accountable for personal information transferred to providers for processing on our behalf. We use contractual, organizational, and technical measures designed to require an appropriate level of protection. Where required for transfers from the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on approved contractual safeguards, adequacy decisions, or another lawful mechanism.
10. Retention and deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide requested history and downloads, maintain account and credit records, meet tax and legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements.
- Account data: generally retained while the account is active and for a limited period after closure.
- Prompts, generations, and reference media: retained as needed to provide history, downloads, support, safety review, and model processing, unless deleted earlier.
- Transaction and credit records: retained for accounting, tax, fraud, chargeback, and consumer-law periods.
- Security, diagnostics, and analytics: retained for periods proportionate to security, troubleshooting, measurement, and legal needs.
- Support and complaint records: retained until the issue and any related limitation period have ended.
When information is no longer required, we delete it, anonymize it, or securely isolate it until deletion is possible. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove encrypted backups, logs, records we must retain by law, or copies already sent to a provider. Providers apply their own deletion schedules. Anonymized information may be retained because it no longer identifies you.
You can use the account-deletion feature where available or email us. Account deletion is permanent after processing and may remove access to generations and unused credits. Download anything you want to keep before requesting deletion.
11. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the sensitivity of the information, including encrypted network transmission, authentication controls, restricted access, logging, provider review, and incident-response procedures. We periodically review and adjust safeguards as the Service and risks change.
No service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your email account, login codes, devices, and sessions secure. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or personal information has been compromised. Where required, we will notify affected individuals and regulators of a qualifying breach.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:
- know whether we hold personal information about you;
- access personal information and receive information about its use and disclosure;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information;
- request deletion of personal information;
- withdraw consent, where processing depends on consent;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- receive portable information in a commonly used format;
- opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or marketing;
- appeal a refusal where applicable; and
- complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or another regulator.
To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Request." State the right you wish to exercise and identify the account or content involved. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority, and we may confirm the request directly with you.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Under PIPEDA, access requests are generally answered within 30 days unless a permitted extension applies. We may deny or limit a request where law allows, including where disclosure would reveal another person's information, confidential commercial information, or privileged material. We will explain a refusal where required.
You will not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right. We may charge only a fee permitted by law and will provide advance notice where required.
13. Your choices and controls
- Account information: update available profile details or contact support.
- Account deletion: use the deletion control or submit a privacy request.
- Generation content: avoid sensitive prompts and uploads; delete content where the feature is available.
- Email: use an unsubscribe link for optional marketing. Service and security messages may still be sent.
- Cookies: adjust browser controls. Essential cookies may be required for the Service.
- Mobile permissions: control photo, camera, microphone, notification, and tracking permissions in device settings.
- Advertising: limit ad personalization or reset your advertising identifier through iOS, Android, or the ad provider's controls.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal and does not prevent processing allowed or required by law.
14. Regional disclosures
Canada
Sevensoft handles personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) where it applies and other applicable Canadian privacy laws. You may challenge our compliance through the Privacy Officer and, if unresolved, complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
Where applicable, Sevensoft acts as controller for account and Service information. Section 5 lists our legal bases. In addition to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability rights, you may withdraw consent and complain to your local supervisory authority. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing. AI-0 does not use account data to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without meaningful human involvement.
United States
State privacy laws may provide rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal information and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain sharing. The categories collected in the preceding 12 months are described in section 2; the purposes are in section 4; and recipient categories are in section 6. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 18 for targeted advertising. These rights apply only where the relevant law covers Sevensoft and the information, and legal exceptions remain applicable.
Other regions
We will honour additional rights required by the privacy law that applies to you. Contact the Privacy Officer if your jurisdiction is not addressed above.
15. Content moderation, prohibited content, and jailbreaking
AI-0 may review prompts, reference media, generations, account activity, device and network signals, and model responses to detect prohibited content, fraud, abuse, privacy violations, security threats, and attempts to evade safeguards. Review may use automated classifiers, provider safety systems, blocklists, hashes or other signals, and trained human reviewers when necessary to investigate a report, appeal, safety concern, or legal obligation.
The content rules are in section 11 of our Terms of Service. In particular, AI-0 does not allow child sexual abuse or exploitation material; pornography or sexually explicit content; non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualized deepfakes; content exploiting, threatening, harassing, stalking, doxxing, or hateful toward people; instructions that facilitate serious violence, self-harm, terrorism, trafficking, illegal drugs, weapons, fraud, or cyber abuse; infringement or unauthorized use of personal information, likenesses, voices, or confidential material; or other unlawful or harmful material.
Jailbreaking means trying to defeat or evade AI-0's or a model provider's safety, moderation, authentication, credit, rate-limit, or access controls. This includes prompt injection, role-play or system-prompt tricks, encoded or obfuscated requests, deliberate misspellings, splitting a request across messages or accounts, hiding instructions in an image or file, chaining models to evade a refusal, extracting hidden prompts or safety rules, probing filters, and reverse engineering moderation logic. We may process the relevant prompts, metadata, error records, device or account signals, and reports to identify and respond to these attempts.
If content or activity is flagged, Sevensoft may reject a request, block or remove a Generation, restrict features, reverse credits obtained through abuse, suspend or terminate an account, preserve evidence, or disclose information to providers, authorities, or affected people where permitted or required by law. We may retain moderation decisions, reports, and relevant evidence longer than ordinary generation history when needed for safety, appeals, disputes, or legal compliance.
Moderation decisions may be automated and may be wrong. If your content was blocked or removed in error, contact [email protected] with the request or generation identifier and a short explanation. We will review appeals where practicable, but an appeal does not require us to restore content that violates the Terms or a provider rule. Do not email illegal imagery.
16. Children's privacy
AI-0 is for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly create accounts for or collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has used AI-0 or that a child's information or likeness was submitted without proper authority, contact us promptly. We will investigate and delete or restrict the information where required.
17. Third-party services and links
AI-0 may link to third-party websites, app stores, payment pages, providers, or social platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before providing information. Sevensoft is not responsible for independent third-party practices.
18. Business transfers
Personal information may be disclosed as part of due diligence for, or transferred in connection with, a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, insolvency, or acquisition. We will limit information to what is necessary, use confidentiality protections where appropriate, and require the recipient to handle it consistently with applicable law. We will provide notice of a material change in control or use where required.
19. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as AI-0, our providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent where required. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
